In the Seibersdorf Labor GmbH Dosimeterservice, we provide reliable and legally compliant monitoring of the radiation exposure of people who work professionally with ionizing radiation.
We take care of the entire organizational and technical operation of personal dosimetry for our customers — from providing dosimeters to evaluation and long-term archiving of dose data.
Our service is used by hospitals, medical facilities, industrial companies, research institutions and authorities throughout Austria.
Automatic Dosimeter Exchange
The dosimeters are replaced automatically at agreed measurement intervals.
Before the end of the current monitoring period, our customers receive the next dosimeters in good time so that monitoring can continue without interruption.
This ensures continuous dose monitoring in accordance with legal requirements.
Organization of Measurement Intervals
We help organizations plan and manage dosimetry monitoring, including:
- Organization of dosimeter distribution

Long-term Archiving of Dose Data
All dosimetry results are archived over the long term in accordance with legal requirements.
We keep dose values in accordance with applicable regulations. Data processing is carried out exclusively on servers in Seibersdorf (Austria).

Who can wear a dosimeter (thermoluminescence dosimeter TLD)?
Anyone can wear a dosimeter for personal safety. If you have a corresponding requirement in the operating permit notice or if you are a “person exposed to radiation” in accordance with the Radiation Protection Ordinance, then you must even use a dosimeter during your work.
