On October 17, 2025, Federal Minister Peter Hanke, responsible for innovation and applied research, visited our premises to learn about our research and service activities in the New Space and Automotive sectors. During the tour, several of our high-tech laboratories were presented:

• TEC Laboratory: Testing of electronic components for aerospace applications with cobalt-60 irradiation facility, joint research and development initiatives with ESA
• Laser Laboratory: State-of-the-art laser technology as an alternative to accelerator facilities for radiation resistance testing
• EMC testing laboratory: newly developed measuring device for electromagnetic fields, e.g., for detecting magnetic fields in vehicles.

Our teams develop innovative methods, actively shaping key areas of the future such as New Space.
