By providing the abstract, the presentation, the CV and your photo you give us the right to collect the abstract in a Book of Abstract for further dissemination and to present your presentation, the CV and your photo in the frame work of the RADHARD Symposium as described in the following: Herewith I - as owner of these rights- grant the Seibersdorf Labor GmbH a free of charge, non-exclusive, unrestricted in time or place and irrevocable access right to (i) the forwarded abstracts, presentation, and CV (ii) in case my poster/presentation/my submission is chosen also for the poster including (iii) all graphic materials in the abstract, presentation and the poster. These access rights are granted for all known uses and also future forms of use for the creation of a convention book (Book of Abstract) as well as public presentations in regards with the RADHARD Symposium onsite and online. This includes online public presentations as e.g. the RADHARD Symposium Website as well as digital and print copies for third parties. Further I grant rights to make recordings of my presentation and that these recordings will be made available to the participants and can be published, also outside the context of the conference and its registered participants. Through the granting of said access rights I do not renounce to my rights of being named author on the materials. I herewith explicitly declare that I can grant the rights as described above. In case of claims of a third party against Seibersdorf Labor GmbH while using the granted rights, I shall indemnify and hold the Seibersdorf Labor GmbH fully harmless. As a participant or authorized representative of your organization, by registering you confirm that neither you personally, the person(s) you have registered, nor your employer or the company you represent are subject to any UN, US and/or EU sanctions. We would like to point out that persons or organizations that are on any of these sanctions lists or act for persons/companies that are on any of these sanctions lists cannot participate in any training, further education, conferences or other events organized by Seibersdorf Labor GmbH. In the event of exclusion due to false information regarding the sanctions lists, there is no right to a refund of costs that have already been paid. We thank you for your understanding.
